Yalmikia Edmonds was born in Baltimore. She always has a way of showing people that they are powerful by inspiring women, specifically her clients who not only come to get hair care services, but receiving a wealth of knowledge from Yalmikia. She inspires many women who cross her path by sharing words of wisdom and encouragement, which inspired her to reach women from all over the world.

Becoming a inspirational speaker Yalmikia has been able to heal from her own wounds by sharing her story with women to help them through their personal wounds.

Yalmikia went through a toxic divorce and she experienced suicidal thoughts of wanting to take her own life. She was devastated when she had a dream that her husband had a daughter outside of their marriage. Well that dream was true.

Yalmikia is a Licensed Cosmetologist. She has serviced women for 18 years in the beauty industry. She then wanted to go the extra mile to serve women, men, and children who suffer from hair loss.

Yalmikia attended The United States Trichology Institute to get her Certification to practice hair loss.

Yalmikia is a single mother raising her Son and her daughter, Yalmikia studied Human Service Generalist as a full time student to be a Counselor. Her area of concentration is women advocacy and at-risk youth. She is also a human service worker.
